ISR PRIVATE GROUP LAPD CCW COURSE RETAKE OPTIONS

For those of you who attended our CCW class prior to December 31, 2023, and have just been approved by LAPD, they are honoring the 2023 requirements of 8 hrs training, but are requiring you do an 8 hr refresher course.  The format of the class will be different than last time and will be mainly classroom with a 20 minute gun(s) qualification from the bench on range.  LAPD approved students falling in the timeframe prior to 12/31/23 who previously took the CCW course are charged nothing.

Your new certificate is good for 60 days from time of approval, so if you have not been approved then wait.  Its taking up to 3 months from interview completion to approval.

You will need to bring (72) rounds for your primary handgun, and (20) rounds for additional handguns.  All LAPD required paperwork will be given to you at end of class.

Please plan on caravaning from our meeting location up dirt road to range.  We are required to minimize traffic up dirt road.  For those of you coming alone, please pack and be prepared to load everything in our vehicle up to range for the day.
