CA CCW NON-RESIDENT PERMIT INFORMATION

OVERVIEW

Beginning April 22, 2025, CA will be accepting applications for non-resident Concealed Carry permits.  Classroom portion may be via ZOOM by a CA authorized trainer.  Range portion can be done in your state, or in CA by a CA approved trainer.  308 Tactical are approved CA CCW trainers, as well as P.O.S.T certified Law Enforcement Instructors.

REQUIREMENTS

1. You must be a non-resident of CA. 

2. Be a current member of CRPA (Signup Here)

3. Provide a location(s) where you visit. 

4. Ink fingerprints cards (completed on range) are required. 

5. Written test and shooting qualification.

6. 6 hours classroom (remote - Zoom)

7. 10 hours range (in your state)

RANGES

Our OUTDOOR ranges are used by Law Enforcement, Government, Military, Civilian, and Weapons Contractors.  We continually add and improve ranges.
