OVERVIEW – DEFENSIVE SHOTGUN

This is a 1 day course designed around the 12 gauge pump platform (ie. Mossberg 590), so you need to own this weapon system.

This is a higher-recoil system, so only students over 16 are encouraged to attend..  Our Defensive Shotgun courses are designed to accommodate beginner to advanced students.

Defensive Shotgun courses are geared towards safety, handling, technique, and defensive tactics. Each class is built on muscle memory concepts and movements that become instinct.  Shooting cans off a fence-post is not what we teach here.  Our training will protect you and give you a tactical advantage in a threat situation in a safe and efficient manner. The more you know, the safer you and those around you are.

This event is provided by our Law Enforcement firearms Instructors and is not your typical local offering.  Our instructors travel across the West Coast on selected weekends teaching real world, Law Enforcement, Military, and Civilian proven concepts.  You will learn fundamental and comprehensive concepts taught to our Law Enforcement personnel that will teach you the fundamentals of Defensive Shotgun.

This is a private, reservation-only,  group event.  A minimum of (8) attendees is required for this event, with a maximum of (12).  First come, first serve.  A parent/guardian is required to accompany attendees under 18 years of age.

Our OUTDOOR ranges are private and used by Law Enforcement, Government, Military, Civilian, and Weapons Contractors.  We continually add and improve ranges.  We have private ranges in 8 states.  308 Tactical are private, invitee-only training facilities throughout CA. No fee is ever charged for range access or live-fire time.

All payments are solely for certified instruction and/or certification. Compliant with CA Penal Code §26165 and counties within.

We offer training discounts for 2 or more people for any course as follows.  Email us at info@308tac.com if you would like a group rate link for signup:
2 persons 5%
3+ persons 10%

Law Enforcement & Military discounts are also available.

Class Cancellations require a 72 hr advance notice for refund.  No refunds allowed less than 72 hours advance notice prior to start of first day of class, but you may take the same class at at future date if you need to reschedule at no additional cost.  Please understand we have a significant cost that is variable by total attendance (ie. range rental, class rental, equipment purchases, etc) and we cannot change our costs without 72 hrs advance notice.
